WHAT IS THE PRO EXPERIENCE
The Pro Experience, established in 2021, is a high performance training program with some of the best athletes in the sport of BMX. This camp gives a rider the opportunity to learn a variety of skills and techniques that can be utilized on and off of the track. During the camp, a rider will be introduced to a week-long training program that gives insight to what it takes to be a pro. One aspect of the sport that will be taught at the camp is physical training. This could be the skills that are required to be the first out of the gate, or what moves are needed to best work the turns, and even exercises and fitness routines that will assist an athlete in being in healthy physical shape. Another aspect of the camp will focus on mental performance and confidence. This is a highly important factor to be a competitive athlete and is rarely a main component in training programs. Pros will share their personal strategies on how they mentally train to prepare for race day. Examples of this may consist of how they calm their nerves to prepare for every lap, special race day routines, and how they gain and retain focus to perform at their best and to do so in a safe and confident manner. The last major aspect the camp will feature is what is a healthy balanced diet? What are the best types of foods to consume on race days and recovery days? Along with the importance of hydration, to mention a few. This is an experience unlike any other in BMX. Ages to attend are limited to 8-18.

A PEEK AT THE WEEK
Campers will start their day off with breakfast before heading to the track. Campers start the training with their coach promptly at 9am. The riders will be served lunch and have a short recovery break before the group begins the off-track portion of the program. Training ends at 4pm. Campers will return to the house in the evening for dinner, classes, activities, swimming, and a good night's rest.

OUR MISSION
The Pro Experience gives the rider a chance to see what is mentally and physically required to race on a professional level. We provide a high Performance BMX training program where a rider will spend a week training with Elite and Olympic level coaches at some of the “Top Ranked” USABMX tracks in the country. Our overall goal is to provide the rider with the knowledge and tools they need to become a healthier, stronger, and more confident athlete. Ready to compete on the sports greatest stage.
